Chicks & Chocolate - Pairing Wine & Chocolate
Offered Monday to Friday at 2 pm. Weekends at 2 pm & 4 pm.

Chocolate + Wine = Quite possibly the world's perfect pairing. Even if you ignore our 'Wine Country math' you can't ignore the irresistible lure of wine paired with chocolate. During this lively experience, learn how wine and chocolate complement each other and how they can be paired to awaken your palate.

Seasonal Sensations
Offered in February & March, Saturdays & Sundays at 1 pm & 3 pm

Bon vivants already know that wine and food need each other. This interactive experience will awaken your palate with three wines and three food items that have been inspired by the season, but artistically paired by Winery Chef and CityLine personality Jason Parsons.

3 Generations of Winemaking Excellence Tour
Offered Monday to Friday 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm & 3:30 pm. On Saturdays and Sundays every hour on the half hour from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

If touring Wine Country is a new experience for you, this tour and tasting is a great introduction to our three generations of winemaking excellence and founder Andrew Peller's belief in producing food focused wines that awaken the palate. While touring the property and tasting three Peller Estates wines, learn how we live this philosophy everyday.

The Estate Room
Open Sunday to Thursday from 12 pm to 5 pm and Friday & Saturday from 12 pm to 7 pm

This is the ideal setting for the collector who is looking to add to their wine cellar.  Our Estate Room provides an exclusive environment to enjoy Peller Estates' very best wines.  Our team of Wine Consultants can answer your questions and help you with your buying selections.  The Estate Room features back vintage library wines and bottlings that are only available at the winery.  In addition, browse our selection of Riedel crystal stemware, decanters and accessories.

Wine Country Touring Pass
Offered daily from 10 am to winery closing time.

This exclusive Wine Country Touring Pass gives VIP access to Niagara's best wine experiences. Guests can spend a full day touring and tasting through Wine Country at four of the region's most unique wine destinations; Peller Estates, Trius Winery at Hillebrand, Thirty Bench Wine Makers and Wine Country Vintners. Bring your confirmation and pick up your pass at any of the four locations.

Beyond the Bottle
Offered 1pm on Saturdays and Sundays

What kind of glass should I use to drink my favourite red wine? How do I use the decanter that’s been sitting in my cupboard collecting dust? Why does this Riesling taste like candied lemon? Join us on this interactive and informative experience that answers all of these questions and more about stemware, decanting and the wine questions you’re too afraid to ask.

Icewine & Cuisine
Offered Saturdays & Sundays in January at 1pm & 3pm & February & March at 4pm

During this lively and interactive experience you will sample four Icewines and four food items, demonstrating the basic principles of pairing Icewine and cuisine. You will not only learn how to perfectly pair Icewine with cuisine, but explore how Icewine can be used in food preparation; a technique used daily by Chef Jason Parsons.

Kitchen Table Dinner
Saturday February 21 & every Saturday in March at 6:30 pm at 6:30 pm

Ever wonder what goes on behind the scenes in your favourite restaurant? If you are a culinary voyeur, then this is the experience for you. This Backstage Pass gives you access to Chef Parsons kitchen where you’ll have a front row seat to watch his culinary team in action. Begin your evening in the kitchen with a glass of our award-winning sparkling wine and canapés while listening to a culinary brigade host share the secrets of pairing food and wine. Your experience culminates in a seasonally inspired 7-course tasting menu expertly paired with our award-winning wines. $165 per guest plus taxes and gratuities.

Days of Wine & Chocolate at Peller Estates
Weekends in February; 11 am to 5 pm

Explore the decadently sweet and savoury art of wine and chocolate pairing. Visit our wineries to taste up to 26 VQA wines matched with chocolate-infused dishes – from classically sweet flavour combinations to unexpected surprises. A romantic celebration for two or a great reason for a girls’ getaway weekend! Make Peller Estates your first stop along the Wine Country route and try our Andrew Peller Signature Series Ice Cuvée paired with Chef Jason Parsons’ Sea Salt Caramel & Valrhona Dark Chocolate Truffles.

Touring passes are $35 per person (plus HST).  Passes are valid any event weekend in February and entitle the holder to one VQA wine and food pairing at each of the 26 Wineries of Niagara-on-the-Lake.  Touring passes can also be purchased at the winery or online now.

The Signatures Dinner
March 14 at 7:00 pm

Join us for the ultimate Signature dining experience at Peller Estates! Indulge in our award-winning Signature Series wines from Winemaker Katie Dickieson, expertly paired with Executive Chef and CityLine personality Jason Parsons’ most beloved signature dishes. Savour the best of the best, including Icewine Lobster Linguini alongside our hand-picked ultra-premium wines.

Spring Celebration Dinner

CityLine personality Chef Jason Parsons and his team are embracing the fresh flavours from the bounty of Niagara in an unforgettable spring-inspired dinner.
