Chicks & Chocolate - Pairing Wine & Chocolate
Offered Monday to Friday at 2 pm. Weekends at 2 pm & 4 pm.

Chocolate + Wine = Quite possibly the world's perfect pairing. Even if you ignore our 'Wine Country math' you can't ignore the irresistible lure of wine paired with chocolate. During this lively experience, learn how wine and chocolate complement each other and how they can be paired to awaken your palate.

Greatest Winery Tour
Offered daily every half-hour from 11 am to 7 pm

The name says it all. There’s a reason Peller Estates was named Winery of the Year and we want to share it. From our family roots to our vineyard, the Andrew Peller Barrel Cellar to our brand new Ten-Below Room, come explore the world’s greatest winery. Tour includes four premium VQA wine samples and small food offering.

The Estate Room
Open Sunday to Thursday from 12 pm to 5 pm and Friday & Saturday from 12 pm to 7 pm

This is the ideal setting for the collector who is looking to add to their wine cellar.  Our Estate Room provides an exclusive environment to enjoy Peller Estates' very best wines.  Our team of Wine Consultants can answer your questions and help you with your buying selections.  The Estate Room features back vintage library wines and bottlings that are only available at the winery.  In addition, browse our selection of Riedel crystal stemware, decanters and accessories.

Wine Country Touring Pass
Offered daily from 10 am to winery closing time.

This exclusive Wine Country Touring Pass gives VIP access to Niagara's best wine experiences. Peller i4c Chardonnay Summer BBQ
Saturday, July 18 at 11am

Join Winemaker Katie Dickieson during the 2015 International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration weekend for an interactive and comprehensive experience that follows our Chardonnay grapes from vine to bottle at the Canadian Winery of the Year! Kick off the day with a visit to our onsite Chardonnay vineyard and follow the harvest, barrel ageing and blending process that our winemaking team takes that result in our delectable Chardonnays and award-winning sparkler, Ice Cuvée!

Taste directly from our patiently ageing Chardonnay barrels while you enjoy gourmet BBQ food stations from CityLine personality and Executive Chef, Jason Parsons, designed to pair beautifully with our Chardonnays and sparkling wines.

Painting in the Vineyards with Joseph Peller - *Book by calling 1.888.673.5537 ext. 2

Joseph Peller, artist, instructor at the Art Students League of New York, and grandson of Peller Estates founder Andrew Peller, is offering a two day ‘en plein air’ (in open air) painting workshop in the charming Estate Vineyards of Peller Estates and Trius Winery.

Participants will explore the effect of outdoor light on color and tone as the vineyards provide the ideal setting to explore color design and composition.  Developing compositional studies and responding quickly to the vagaries of outdoor light will be stressed.

Participants are welcome to use mediums of their choice including oils, watercolor, pastel or acrylic. Previous experience in outdoor painting while helpful is not necessary; all levels of experience are welcome. The only requirement is an intense enthusiasm for painting in fresh air!

Barrel Cellar Dinner

Take in the aroma of aging barrels in our famous candlelit Barrel Cellar as you dine on some of Chef Parsons wine country creations.

Beginning with a sparkling wine reception, the dinner leads into a four-course tasting menu set in our exquisite Private Reserve Barrel Cellar and is hosted by a member of Chef Jason Parsons’ culinary team. Chef’s Garden Party Dinner

Join Chef Jason Parsons and Liz Craig, Peller Estates’ vegetable wrangler, as they create a four-course tasting menu using ingredients from our own Estate Garden. Start out sipping our award winning sparkler, Ice Cuvée, as you stroll through the garden and see where Chef gets his inspiration for your dinner.

You will be able to ask our landscaper and gardening pro Liz, any questions you may have about the plants, herbs and vegetables you see or may not see. Then relax in our vineyard setting and sip on award-winning wines while Chef Parsons cooks his way through a colourful menu made just for you!

The Whole Hog Dinner
