Dinner and Demo with Chef Jason Parsons

Join us at Peller Estates for our newest dining experience! Chef Jason Parsons will demonstrate the preparation of each of your 4-course seasonally inspired menu right in front of your eyes. Move from the sparkling & canapé starter into a live cooking demonstration where Chef will share his local food and wine stories while you savour the dishes that are paired perfectly with our wines.
Notes not needed as Chef will be providing you with the meals recipes so you can bring home your experience.
