For the ultimate in vine-to-table dining, thoughtfully selected VQA wine pairings from the Peller Estates cellar are offered for each and every item on our menu, but our commitment to local products goes far beyond what’s in your glass. Peller Estates Winery Restaurant is proudly FeastOn designated, which means we’re incredibly passionate about showcasing Ontario and Canada’s unique taste of place. In fact, Chef Parsons sources 98% of his ingredients from Canadian suppliers, and of that 50% are from Ontario. Whether it’s freshly picked veggies from his own kitchen garden, eggs from our favourite local farmers, or just-butchered beef that’s grazed in Niagara pastures, each plate that leaves the kitchen celebrates the bounty of our community, our province and our country.

 

In addition to frequently updating his menus to reflect seasonal availability of local products, Chef Parsons keeps things fresh with a rotating roster of themed dining events that are always deliciously fun.

Katie Dickieson, our Winemaker, and I work really well together, and it goes far beyond just making sure that the food we are making in the kitchen matches the wines she is making in the cellar. Katie’s naturally driven to make really food-friendly wine. We regularly seek each other’s input on things and the result is inspired, often unexpected pairings that you won’t taste anywhere else on the planet."
