Join Winemaker Katie Dickieson during the 2014 International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration weekend for an interactive and comprehensive experience that follows our Chardonnay grapes from vine to bottle at the Canadian Winery of the Year! Kick off the day with a visit to our onsite Chardonnay vineyard and follow the harvest, barrel ageing and blending process that our winemaking team takes that result in our delectable Chardonnays and award-winning sparkler, Ice Cuvée!

Taste directly from our patiently ageing Chardonnay barrels while you enjoy gourmet BBQ food stations from CityLine personality and Executive Chef, Jason Parsons, designed to pair beautifully with our Chardonnays and sparkling wines.

Vineyard Stroll Dinner
Saturday, July 25, Reception at 6:30 pm, Dinner 7:00 pm

Dine amongst the vines, beginning with a sparkling reception on our front lawn. Then spend a summer evening strolling through our estate vineyards, sipping on Sauvignon Blanc and amuse bouche followed by a dining alfresco on a 4-course menu created by Chef Jason Parsons and his culinary team. With every course, discover the story behind each wine pairing and learn some useful tips on how to pair wines at home with your own creations.

The Whole Hog Dinner

Starting with house made charcuterie and finishing with an Icewine marinated whole roasted suckling pig, indulge in a relaxing vineyard setting while sipping wine and watching as they roast and carve a whole hog right in front of your eyes. The 43rd Parallel Dinner
Saturday June 27, Reception at 6:30 pm, Dinner 7:00 pm

What does the Ontario Wine Region have in common with some of the most premium wine producing regions in the world?  Veneto, Provence and Bordeaux all happen to share the same latitude position as Niagara, resting at the North 43-45 degree parallel. Wine professionals alike agree that Niagara is beginning to give their Old World neighbours a “run for their money” in creating world class wines – and we don’t disagree! After a sparkling reception, sit back and indulge as Celebrity Chef Jason Parsons takes you on a 4 - course culinary journey across the globe to explore the wine and culinary pairings of Veneto, Provence and Bordeaux, ending the journey back in Niagara, Canada for the final sweet sensation of the evening.

Each culturally themed course will be skillfully paired with premium award winning Peller Estates wines that are strategically chosen to classically pair with the culture of that region - providing the ultimate wine and culinary experience!
