Kitchen Table Dinner
Every Saturday in March at 6:30 pm at 6:30 pm

Ever wonder what goes on behind the scenes in your favourite restaurant? If you are a culinary voyeur, then this is the experience for you. This Backstage Pass gives you access to Chef Parsons kitchen where you’ll have a front row seat to watch his culinary team in action. Begin your evening in the kitchen with a glass of our award-winning sparkling wine and canapés while listening to a culinary brigade host share the secrets of pairing food and wine. Your experience culminates in a seasonally inspired 7-course tasting menu expertly paired with our award-winning wines. $165 per guest plus taxes and gratuities.

The Signatures Dinner

Join us for the ultimate Signature dining experience at Peller Estates! Indulge in our award-winning Signature Series wines from Winemaker Katie Dickieson, expertly paired with Executive Chef and CityLine personality Jason Parsons’ most beloved signature dishes. Savour the best of the best, including Icewine Lobster Linguini alongside our hand-picked ultra-premium wines.

Wrap up the evening with a glass of winter’s finest gift, Icewine, while roasting one of our famous Icewine Marshmallows over an open fire. This is a culinary event that food and wine lovers will truly appreciate.

Spring Celebration Dinner

CityLine personality Chef Jason Parsons and his team are embracing the fresh flavours from the bounty of Niagara in an unforgettable spring-inspired dinner. There's no better way to enjoy the gorgeous Wine Country weather and the freshest local food than at our Spring Celebration Dinner!
