Peller i4c Chardonnay Summer BBQ

Join Winemaker Katie Dickieson during the 2015 International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration weekend for an interactive and comprehensive experience that follows our Chardonnay grapes from vine to bottle at the Canadian Winery of the Year! Kick off the day with a visit to our onsite Chardonnay vineyard and follow the harvest, barrel ageing and blending process that our winemaking team takes that result in our delectable Chardonnays and award-winning sparkler, Ice Cuvée!

The Whole Hog Dinner

Chef’s Garden Party Dinner
Saturday, August 22, Reception at 6:30 pm, Dinner 7:00 pm

Join Chef Jason Parsons and Liz Craig, Peller Estates’ vegetable wrangler, as they create a four-course tasting menu using ingredients from our own Estate Garden. Start out sipping our award winning sparkler, Ice Cuvée, as you stroll through the garden and see where Chef gets his inspiration for your dinner.

You will be able to ask our landscaper and gardening pro Liz, any questions you may have about the plants, herbs and vegetables you see or may not see. Then relax in our vineyard setting and sip on award-winning wines while Chef Parsons cooks his way through a colourful menu made just for you!

Fear not, we will have more than just veggies in our colourful menu that also includes delectable, locally sourced protein!

Au Revoir Summer Dînner

Join CityLine personality and Winery Chef, Jason Parsons, as he and Peller Estates’ very own French Sous Chef, Helene Belanger, create a delectable, French-inspired four course tasting menu.  Begin your evening by indulging in Icewine Martinis and freshly shucked oysters. Dîner en Noir

Spend an elegant evening in Wine Country as Chef Jason Parsons presents all things ‘Noir’. This decadent multi-course dining experience is inspired by the 2013 vintages of Pinot Noir, Baco Noir and Gamay Noir. Sit back, relax and savour each dish which is meticulously paired with the appropriate ‘Noir’ varietal.

Little black dress and black tie recommended but not required.

Harvest Feast Dinner

This is the time of year when all crops have been harvested and our culinary and winemaking team are thankful for the rewarding harvest season. Join us on Saturday, October 17th to celebrate the successful harvest of our 2015 Vintages.Chef Jason Parsons will prepare a 4- course dinner highlighting locally harvested ingredients. This unforgettable dinner is designed to showcase food sourced from the farm by local growers as well as our vineyards, delicately matched to our award winning wine portfolio.

Barrel Cellar Dinner

Take in the aroma of aging barrels in our famous candlelit Barrel Cellar as you dine on some of Chef Parsons wine country creations.

Beginning with a sparkling wine reception, the dinner leads into a four-course tasting menu set in our exquisite Private Reserve Barrel Cellar and is hosted by a member of Chef Jason Parsons’ culinary team. Chef Parsons has taken care of creating a beautifully prepared cuisine expertly paired with our award-winning wine offerings allowing you to truly experience the various vintages in a classic ambiant  setting.The experience ends with a dessert after-party where you can mingle with your fellow guests over Icewine, sweet treats and good conversation.
