This Backstage Pass gives you access to Chef Parsons kitchen where you’ll have a front row seat to watch his culinary team in action. Begin your evening ;in the ;kitchen with a glass of our award-winning sparkling wine and canapés while listening to a culinary brigade host share the secrets of pairing food and wine. Your experience culminates in a seasonally inspired 7-course tasting menu expertly paired with our award-winning wines. $165 per guest plus taxes and gratuities.

The Extended Family Dinner *Wine Club Member Exclusive
Saturday, May 3 at 7 pm

Indulge in a seasonally inspired 4-course menu crafted by Chef Jason Parsons, with a unique wine pairing twist! For the first time ever, our menu will feature pairings from the Andrew Peller Limited portfolio including our British Columbia wineries, Sandhill and Red Rooster. Winemaker Katie Dickieson will be on hand to introduce each wine and give some background on our “extended family” wineries. $125 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuities.

Enjoy the ambiance of our Winery while Chef and CityLine personality Jason Parsons demonstrates the preparation of each of your 4-course seasonally inspired menu right in front of your eyes. Move from the sparkling & canapé starter into a live cooking demonstration where Chef will share his local food and wine stories while you savour the dishes that are paired perfectly with our wines. A Dinner to Celebrate Sparkling Wine
Saturday, May 24th, 2014, 6:30 pm Reception; 7 pm Dinner

Your evening starts with a Sparkling reception while you enjoy sipping on our award winning Ice Cuvée & Ice Cuvée Rosé as a winery expert explains the unique process of producing, fermented and even tips for opening. This sparkling reception will conclude in a collaborative demonstration on Sabering a Bottle of sparkling wine.

Move from your sparkling reception into a four course tasting menu, where each course has been paired with a one of the grape varietals used to create our sparkling wine. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and both Vidal & Cabernet Franc Icewine!
