Kitchen Table Dinner

Ever wonder what goes on behind the scenes in your favourite restaurant? If you are a culinary voyeur, then this is the experience for you. This Backstage Pass gives you access to Chef Parsons kitchen where you’ll have a front row seat to watch his culinary team in action. Begin your evening in the kitchen with a glass of our award-winning sparkling wine and canapés while listening to a culinary brigade host share the secrets of pairing food and wine. Your experience culminates in a seasonally inspired 7-course tasting menu expertly paired with our award-winning wines. $165 per guest plus taxes and gratuities.

'Wine’ Down Friday Dinner Series
August 22 & 29 and September: 5, 12, 19, 26 at 7 pm

Treat yourself after a long work week; we invite you to kick back in wine country where the living is easy. Begin your evening sipping on a glass of refreshing Sparkling wine with your fellow Friday revelers while you feel the warm summer breeze, and watch the sun slowly descend beside our vineyards. Next, take a seat in our luxurious vineyard setting and excite your palate with an alfresco 4-course, dining experience. Each course will be complemented by a wine carefully selected from our portfolio. So go on and treat yourself, just because it’s Friday. $125 per person, plus taxes and gratuities. $115 per person plus taxes and gratuities for Wine Club Members.

2012 Reds Revealed Dinner
Saturday, September 6, 2014 at 7 pm

Dine amongst future vintages in our Barrel Cellar during a culinary experience to remember, as we celebrate our award-wining red portfolio. Your culinary journey will begin with a Sparkling Reception, toasting the exceptional 2012 vintage. Winery Chef and CityLine personality Jason Parsons will then use these wines as his inspiration to create a delectable 4-course tasting menu. Each course will be perfectly paired with a glass of our award-winning VQA wines, including the outstanding 2012 reds. Cap off your evening by indulging in an Icewine and cheese reception. For the red wine lovers, this is a dining event not to be missed!

Cabernet & Charcoal Dinner
Saturday, September 27 at 6:30 pm

Join us at the Winery of the Year as Executive Chef Jason Parsons celebrates everything Cabernet during harvest! Our culinary team have perfected their “grill skills” and have created a seasonally inspired four-course dinner. Each course will be matched with a wine to complement the flavour – including our award winning Private Reserve 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon served alongside some of the most exclusive cuts of Canadian Beef grilled to perfection.

The cost is $125 per person, exclusive of taxes and gratuities.
