This wine is fresh and lively! Fantastic Sauvignon Blanc aromas of freshly mowed grass, melon, gooseberry and lemon. This medium-bodied refreshing wine has flavours of honeydew melon, gooseberry, and pink grapefruit with the lime and citrus zest notes carrying through on the refreshing finish.
The perfect wine to enjoy on its own or serve with summer pea risotto; halibut with Creole crust and fresh corn, tomato, and cucumber relish; fresh Niagara asparagus dishes; summer salads; fresh goat cheese on salads and pizza.
Enjoy this wine while young and fresh and best served chilled at 10 to 12ºC.
