This medium-bodied Cabernet Franc has a bouquet of currants, blackberries and a touch of oak. A dry red wine with fruit forward flavours of currant, raspberry and cherry, along with a dash of spice. Juicy berries and spice notes linger on the finish.

Serve at a cool room temperature of 16 to 18°C. Enjoy with gourmet burgers topped with roasted red peppers; lightly spiced beef pita wraps; barbecued steaks; beef and vegetable stews; pepperoni, sausage and mushroom pizza; meat pies; and lightly spiced chili.
