Characteristics
Deep garnet colour with a wonderful bouquet of plum, cherry, clove, allspice, cedar, sweet vanilla and eucalyptus. A dry, medium-bodied Syrah with soft, silky tannins and moderate acidty. Complex flavours of plum, cranberry, black cherry, white pepper, sweet spice and hints of cedar. Jammy blackcurrants, plums, cherries and sweet Chai spice flavours linger on the finish.
