Characteristics
Straw yellow colour with a bouquet of sweet MacIntosh apple, Barlet pear, tropical fruit, cream and coconut. A medium-bodied, slightly rich Chardonnay at first approach, with flavours of tropical fruit and baked apple; then refreshing flavours enliven the palate with notes of lemon and lime.
