Come behind the scenes and get a hands-on glimpse into how Winemaker Lawrence Buhler and Chef Jason Parsons work together to create wines that awaken the palate.  You will work in our vineyards and cellar, taste from our Signature Series wines and enjoy the ultimate wine and food pairing.

Enjoy an easy-going Saturday lunch experience.  While overlooking the beautiful Estate vineyards, enjoy a 3-course tasting menu created and presented by Winery Chef and CityLine personality Jason Parsons.  Beginning with a Reception, the menu showcases seasonal ingredients found right here in Wine Country.

Bon vivants already know that wine and food need each other.  This interactive experience will awaken your palate with three wines and three food items selected by Winemaker Lawrence Buhler and Winery Chef and CityLine personality Jason Parsons.  Learn how the traits of food and wine pairing make wine and food

Our signature dining experience is more lively and interactive than ever.  Beginning with a sparkling wine reception, the dinner leads into a 5-course tasting menu set in our exquisite candlelit barrel cellar and is co-hosted by our Sommelier and a member of Chef Jason Parsons’ culinary team.  The experience ends with a dessert ‘after-party’ where you can mingle with your fellow guests over Icewine, sweet treats and good conversation.

Come behind the scenes at Peller Estates Winery Restaurant and discover how Winery Chef and CityLine personality Jason Parsons approaches the art of pairing wine and food.  Your dining experience begins with a reception in Jason's kitchen where he will discuss collaborating with winemaker Lawrence Buhler and his approach to developing innovative food and wine pairings.  You will then enjoy a seasonally inspired tasting menu presented by Jason and perfectly paired with wines selected by Lawrence.

Chocolate + Wine = Quite possibly the world's perfect pairing.  Even if you ignore our 'Wine Country math' you can't ignore the irresistible lure of wine paired with chocolate.  During this lively experience, learn how wine and chocolate complement each other and how they can be paired to awaken your palate.

Offered every hour on the hour from 1 pm to 4 pm
Join our Sommelier on an enlightening exploration of the path our grapes take from vine to wine.  Tour our Estate Vineyards and understand the winemaking techniques used to make the weekend's feature wine, and then challenge your newly found knowledge in a unique aroma experience.

Red wine lovers will relish the chance to taste amongst our Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot vines and experience the difference in these three noble varietals.  Learn how Winemaker Lawrence Buhler tends to the vineyards producing powerful red wines of great structure and intensity.

This is the ideal setting for the collector who is looking to add to their wine cellar. Our Reserve Boutique tasting room provides an exclusive environment to enjoy Peller Estates' very best wines. Our team of Wine Consultants can answer your questions and help you with your buying selections. The Reserve Boutique features back vintage library wines and bottlings that are only available at the winery. In addition, browse our selection of Riedel crystal stemware, decanters and accessories.

11 am Tasting; 12 noon Lunch
Drink and learn!  Taste and learn the basic characteristics that make up your favourite wine styles at this Estate Sommelier led wine and food experience.  The event begins with a tasting and tutorial about a style of wine made at Peller Estates, its characteristics and what went into the making of it.  You will then be treated to a private 3-course lunch created by Winery Chef and CityLine personality to pair perfectly with the wine style you are studying.

Take part in a moveable lunch inspired by our vineyards.  Co-hosted by a Sommelier and a member of the culinary team, the 3-course al fresco menu is paired with the perfect wine accompaniments.

Created by Winemaker Lawrence Buhler and Winery Chef and CityLine personality Jason Parsons, this dining experience will awaken your palate with the most perfect wine and food pairings we could make.  Beginning with a sparkling reception on our front lawn, spend a summer evening strolling through our vineyards and dining alfresco on 6 courses, including freshly shucked oysters.  Co-hosted by our Estate Sommelier and a member of the culinary team, the evening concludes with a dessert reception that boasts one of the most beautiful views of Niagara Wine Country.

The exclusive Wine Country Touring Pass gives guests VIP access to Niagara's best wine experiences.  Guests can spend a full day touring and tasting through Wine Country at four of the region's most unique wine destinations: Peller Estates, Hillebrand Winery, Thirty Bench Wine Makers and Wine Country Vintners.  Bring your confirmation and pick your pass up at any of the four locations.

Winemaker Lawrence Buhler invites you to take part in a unique wine and food experience where you will awaken your palate with the fresh flavours of our feature release wine and other favourites alongside perfect food pairings.  Beginning with a Canapé Reception & Tour, the afternoon will continue with a 3-course lunch.
