Our family’s commitment to quality goes beyond wine. At the heart of our winery, lies the Peller Estates Winery Restaurant. Sweeping vineyard views and a warm ambiance make it easy to relax and enjoy life’s simple pleasures. Chef Jason Parsons showcases his talent with evolving seasonal menus, and Winemaker Lawrence Buhler’s expert wine pairing skill ensures a truly memorable meal. In fact, our restaurant recently received the highest possible rating for food by Zagat readers: “Extraordinary,” and is included on the Best Overall Dining Experience list in GTA/Ontario on OpenTable.com.

Welcome in the New Year by enjoying a memorable evening in wine country. Join us as Chef Jason Parsons and his culinary team pulls out all the stops to create an outstanding wine and food experience. Dinner will be served on a long harvest table set in our exquisite candlelit Barrel Cellar. The evening begins at 7 pm with an Icewine reception and leads into dinner when Chef Jason Parsons will present an 8-course Signature Tasting Menu expertly paired with Peller Estates wines. Just before the stroke of midnight we’ll gather in front of the fireplace to welcome in the New Year with Ice Cuvée served with Chef Jason Parsons’ Icewine creations — continue the evening at the 2009 After Party. Celebrate winter’s rare gift of Icewine with a unique dining experience. Each course of this exquisite dinner is either made or paired with our award winning Icewines.
