Indulge in a seasonally inspired 5-course menu finished with Chef’s favorite Canadian artisanal cheese. Then join us for an afternoon in Chef Parsons kitchen where you will have a front row seat to watch his culinary team in action. Begin your experience with a glass of our award-winning sparkling wine while listening to a culinary brigade host share the secrets of pairing food and wine. Your experience culminates in a seasonally inspired 4-course tasting menu expertly paired with our award-winning wines. $97 per guest plus taxes and gratuities.

New Year's Eve Dinner & After Party
Wednesday, December 31 at 7:30 pm to 1:00 am

Ring in the new year at the 2014 Winery of the Year at our black tie optional New Years Eve Dinner. Beginning with a lively Icewine Cocktail and canapé reception, the evening leads into a 5-course tasting menu created by Winery Chef and CityLine personality Jason Parsons. Enjoy the musical stylings of local jazz performer Juliet Dunn as you celebrate the new year in the heart of Wine Country.

After dinner, roast Icewine Marshmallows over the fire and enjoy the sounds of live entertainment.  Just before the stroke of midnight, we’ll gather in front of the fireplace to welcome in the new year, glasses of our award-winning Sparkling wine and Jason’s Icewine creations in hand.

Icewinemaker's Dinner
Saturday, January 17 at 7 pm

Hosted by Winemaker Katie Dickieson and Winery Chef and CityLine personality Jason Parsons, begin the evening with an Icewine Martini Reception and an exquisite dinner set in one of our elegant dining venues.  Celebrate all things Icewine with a menu that has been infused and inspired by winter's finest gift. After dinner, bundle up and head outside to toast Icewine Marshmallows over an open fire. $150 per person, exclusive of taxes and gratuities.
