Our signature dining experience is more lively and interactive than ever. Beginning with a sparkling wine reception, the dinner leads into a 5-course tasting menu set in our exquisite candlelit barrel cellar and is hosted by a member of Chef Jason Parsons’ culinary team. The experience ends with a dessert after-party where you can mingle with your fellow guests over Icewine, sweet treats and good conversation. $140 per person, exclusive of taxes and gratuities. $125 per person, exclusive of taxes and gratuities for Wine Club Members.

Created by our Winemaker Katie Dickieson and Winery Chef and Cityline personality Jason Parsons, this dining experience will awaken your palate with perfect, summer-inspired wine and food pairings. Beginning with a sparkling reception on our front lawn, spend a summer evening strolling through our vineyards and dining alfresco on a 4 course menu. Chef and Cityline personality, Jason Parsons is celebrating the abundant flavours of this fresh, local produce by hosting a spectacular 4-course wine and food pairing experience. Begin the evening by mingling with fellow wine and food lovers during a Sparkling Reception beside the vines and get your taste buds ready for Chef Parsons’ Icewine Roasted pig, prepared right in front of you. Following the Reception, savour each course which showcases the freshest Niagara produce. Some of our best Peller Estates wines will be carefully selected to complement each course.
