Futures Tasting *Wine Club Member Exclusive
Saturday, May 3 at 11am, 1pm & 3pm

This you don’t want to miss! Join host and winemaker, Katie Dickieson, for a one-hour guided tasting of our wines from the 2013 vintage. Katie enjoys crafting wines that are well-balanced, with the perfect freshness and acidity and each varietal sample will be taken directly from barrel and tank. This event is complimentary.

Wines can be purchased in 6 and12 bottle lots at a 20% savings.

Chocolate: From Bean to Bar *Wine Club Member Exclusive
Saturday, May 3 at 3 pm

Let our Pastry Chef (and chocolate connoisseur), Rob D’Orante, guide you through the intricacies of chocolate. Sample housemade ganache truffles while exploring how terroir, fermentation and cocoa bean varietals affect the flavour of one of the world’s most beloved foods…chocolate!

The Extended Family Dinner *Wine Club Member Exclusive
Saturday, May 3 at 7 pm

Indulge in a seasonally inspired 4-course menu crafted by Chef Jason Parsons, with a unique wine pairing twist! For the first time ever, our menu will feature pairings from the Andrew Peller Limited portfolio including our British Columbia wineries, Sandhill and Red Rooster. Winemaker Katie Dickieson will be on hand to introduce each wine and give some background on our “extended family” wineries. $125 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuities.

Exclusive Taste & Buy *Wine Club Member Exclusive

Join our Wine Consultants any time between 12 noon and 4 pm to taste and buy pre-release wines including the 2013 aromatic whites and Private Reserve reds from the outstanding 2012 vintage. Pre-release wines are available for purchase in 6 of 12 bottle lots with a 15% savings.

Cooking with Chef Parsons *Wine Club Member Exclusive
Saturday, May 3 at 11 am

Sip on a glass of Ice Cuvée while you watch Chef Jason Parsons in his element! Sit back, relax and let Jason guide you through the creation of some of his favourite recipes. At the end of the seminar, take the recipes home so you can impress your dinner guests. $15 plus tax per person.
