Join our Winemaking experts for a structured tasting of the Andrew Peller Signature Series wines from the 2013 vintage, as well as a surprise sampling from the 2014 vintage, which are taken directly from the barrel or tank. Sit back, relax and let your taste buds travel back in time on a personalized dining experience.  Ignite the evening with a glass of our Ice Cuvee Sparkling as you mingle and enjoy artisan cheese and  charcuterie reception.  Then, Executive Chef and CityLine personality Jason Parsons will take you back to where his culinary journey began, highlighting the stops along the way that led him to the success of Peller Estates Winery Restaurant today.  This unique dining experience will offer a 4 – course signature menu that is derived from some of Jason’s most memorable culinary experiences, including inspiration from several Michelin Star restaurants.   End the evening with a gourmet s’more bar to celebrate the highlight of his career presenting at James Beard House.  Book early for this rare dining opportunity to indulge in some of Jason Parsons’ most intimate and stimulating culinary memories!

Moe's Mussels *Wine Club Member Exclusive
Saturday, April 25 at 3pm

Fresh off his Third Place Finish at the International Shellfish Competition in P.E.I.and an appearance on Food Network’s Chopped Canada, Chef Moe is ready to share his experiences from his trip to the East Coast, including all of his barnacle tips and tricks. In this demonstration Moe will discuss the dos and don’ts of buying shellfish, how to store them and most importantly, how easy it is to cook them.
